Thank you very much for visiting my site. During my childhood, I watched a TV serial called “Cosmos”. In that TV show Carl Sagan discussed about the beauty of Science. Suddenly while watching that show I realized “Life” is the most mysterious gift of Nature and the puzzle of life can be revealed by future Biological science. It was these initial curiosities that led me into this magnetic world of Biology. It is my unchanging aspiration to explore and to discover the mysteries of the inner workings of life in the micro-cosmos represented by cell and molecules as a physician, as a biologist and as a medical professional. I am delighted to find that I am getting closer and closer to the point of realizing this aspiration of mine. At present, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET). My career at KUET started from February 2017 as a Lecturer. I have come from one of the most impoverished area in Bangladesh. The pathetically backward medical conditions there spurred me to become an accomplished physician who could make contributions in alleviating the pains of the local residents. With exceptional scholastic efforts, I distinguished myself in my region which was equally backward in education level and I entered the Dhaka Medical College, the most prestigious Medical College in Bangladesh. Here I started my formal academic pursuit. During my clinical internship I understand our current treatments are not enough to fight against these diseases .So, I have decided to work in the field of Biomedical Science and wanted to explore more about the molecular basis of diseases and established a way of cure. But Bangladesh is still very backward in the field of Medical research and molecular research is still in primitive stage and even there is no Medical Biotechnology research laboratory in Bangladesh for the academic purpose. So, I had to overcome a lot of difficulties to achieve my goal and I went to South Korea for higher studies to build career in biomedical research. I have received MSc. in Biotechnology and Bioengineering from Sungkyunkwan University (QS World ranking 100) under famous Immunologist, Professor Jae Youl Cho. My M.Sc. thesis titled “Anti-inflammatory effect of naturally-occurring peptide mixture MTRP-1" has been accepted as Korean patent. I have several international publications in the field of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. In my personal life, I love to eat good foods especially Dhakaiya foods, enjoy adda with friends and colleagues and I am a big fan of Bangladesh Cricket Team.
