Hi, Welcome to my page. I have been working as a Lecturer at the Institute of Disaster Management since March, 2023. I have completed my Bachelor and Masters in Urban and Rural Planning Discipline from Khulna University. Even though, I am from solid planning background, the contemporary physical and development challenges of this country made me enthusiastic to learn more about the disaster resiliency and sustainability of development. Therefore, I completed another masters in Sustainable Development Management from Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences, Germany with full funded DAAD Scholarship. My research interests are mostly focused on Disaster Risk Management and Sustainability, Vulnerability Assessment, Poverty, Gender Sensitivity in Disaster Management and Urban Resiliency.
