A reception programme for the new students of ‘11 batch, farewell to outgoing students of ‘07 batch and annual prize given ceremony of Khanjahan Ali Hall was held on 16 June, 2012.Reception programme of the new provost Dr. A R M Jalal Uddin Jamali, Assistant Provost Md. Rafizul Islam and farewell to the outgoing provost Prof. Dr. Md. Saiful Islam of the hall was also held at the same function. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Prof. Dr. Md. Bazlar Rahman, Dean, Faculty of Civil Engineering were present as the special Guest. Hall provost Dr. A R M Jalal Uddin Jamali presided over the ceremony. At the ceremony fresher’s were received with flower and crest handed over the graduates by the Chief Guest Dr. Alamgir. He also handed over a crest and some gifts to outgoing Khanjahan Ali hall provost Prof.Dr. Md. Saiful Islam. Later, all guests are attend at dinner of the hall with all of the residential students. Among others all residential students of the hall, other related person were present there.
