CE Association of KUET, celebrated farewell of `07 batch and fresher’s reception of `11 batch students on 24 June, 2012 at the University Auditorium. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest while Prof. Dr. Md. Bazlar Rahman, Dean, Faculty of CE, Prof. Dr. Ashraful Ghani Bhuiyan, Dean, Faculty of EEE, Director (Students’ Welfare) (current charge), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Harunur Rashid were present as the Special Guests. Prof. Dr. Kh. Md. Shafiul Islam, Head, Department of Civil Engineering (CE) who is also the president of CE Association, presided over the ceremony. At the ceremony fresh student’s were received with flower and crest’s were handed over to the fresh graduates by the guests. Among others the teachers and students of CE department and others were present in the function.
