Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir and three other Professors from Germany and Italy expressed their solidarity with the demand of speedy trial and capital punishment of all war criminals at ‘Nirdolio Ganomancho’ of Shibbari Khulna on 12 February at 6:00 p.m. Prof. Dr. Echard Kraft of Bauhaus University Weimar Germany, Prof. Dr. Raffaello Cossu of Padova University, Italy, Prof Dr. Werner Bidlingmaier of Orbit Association expressed their solidarity to the demand of young stars and mass people at Shibbari, Khulna. KUET Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir demanded the capital punishment of the criminals against humanity in the war of 1971. The three foreign Professors, while expressing their solidarity said, “In our countries trails are still going on for war criminals of the 2^nd World War.” On February 12, the last day of Int’l Conference on Solid Waste Management WasteSafe 2013, the national and foreign participants of the conference stood up for three minutes at just 4:00 p.m. in silence to express their solidarity with the movement.
