Building Engineering and Construction Management (BECM) Department of KUET, celebrated fresher’s reception of `14 batch students on 13 May, 2015 at the semenar room of CSE Department. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Prof. Dr. Shibendra Shekher Sikder, Dean of Mechanical Engineering faculty Prof. Dr. Md. Syed Ali Molla, Head of CE Department Prof. Dr. Md. Saiful Islam, Director (CC) of Students’ Welfare Md. Sobahan Mia spoke on the occasion as the Special Guests. President of BECM Association Prof. Dr. S.M. Moniruzzaman Presided over the ceremony. Among the Faculty member of BECM Department Md. Ikramul Haque and Md. Hamidul Islam delivered their valuable speech. Among the Students of BECM Department Peyal, Shuvro, Abir and Faujia spoke on the occasion. At the ceremony fresher’s were received with flower by the guests. Among others teachers, officers, staffs and students of BECM Department were present in the function.
