Executive Committee of Teachers Association of KUET placed wreaths at Father of the Nation’s grave at Tungipara on behalf of the new Teachers Association Executive Committee 2016 of KUET on 05 February, 2016. KUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammed Alamgir also accompanied with them. Later, munajat was offered, seeking eternal peace for Bangabandhu and the other martyrs of August 15, 1975.

The new elected Teachers Association Executive Committee 2016 President Prof. Dr. Shibendra Shekher Shikder, Vice-President Dr. Md. Abul Hasem, General Secretary Prof. Dr. Sobahan Mia, Assistant General Secretary Md. Ikramul Haque, Treasurer Md. Golam Kibria, Sports & Cultural Secretary Md Maruf Hossain Suvo, Member Dr. Pallab Kumar Chowdhury and many other teachers of KUET also present there.
