Dr. M. A. Rashid Hall of KUET, celebrated Freshers’ reception of `15 batch and Farewell of `11 batch on 24 April, 2016 at 5.30 pm. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Prof. Dr. Md. Mahbub Alam, Dean of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Prof. Dr. Tarapada Bhowmick, Director (Students’ Welfare) Prof. Dr. Sobahan Mia spoke on the occasion as the Special Guests. Provost of Dr. M. A. Rashid Hall Dr. Pintu Chandra Shill Presided over the ceremony.

Fresh students of the hall received with flowers and outgoing graduate students handed over the crest by the Chief Guest in the function. Among others teachers from various departments, others students of the hall were also present in the function.
