Fresher’s Reception of newly admitted 1st year students of `15 batch and Farewell of outgoing graduate students of `11 batch of Department of Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) was held on 25 April, 2016 in the Auditorium at 4.30 PM. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Prof. Dr. Md. Mahbub Alam, Dean, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Prof. Dr. Tarapada Bhowmick, Dean, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Sobahan Mia, Director (Students’ Welfare) were present as the special Guests. Subrata Talapatra, Head, Department of IEM presided over the ceremony.

At the ceremony fresher’s students were received with flower and crest handed over the graduates students. Among others teachers from various departments, others students of the Department were also present the function.
