On 18^th June 2011, a team of high officials from the Ministry of Education and University Grants Commission (UGC) visited KUET to observe the progress of the construction of different infrastructural facilities at KUET under umbrella projects. The visiting team comprising the Planning Chief Mr. Illias Hossain, Assistant Chief Mr. Siddiqur Rahman, Executive Engr. Mojibur Rahman and Director (P&D) of UGC Mr. Shamsul Kabir. They discuss the issues with the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Alamgir and visited various sites the ongoing project. Prof. Dr. Keramot Ali Molla, Prof. Dr. S.S. Sikder, Prof. Dr. Kh. Shafiul Islam, Engr. ABM Manunur Rashid, Engr. Anisur Rahman Bhuiyan, of KUET were also present
