A tea party arranged by the administration of KUET for the retirement of professor of mechanical engineering department Dr. Tarapada Bhowmick on December 01, 2016 at 3 pm. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir presided over the function. Faculty deans, Institute directors, departmental heads, directors, provosts and assistant provosts of the hall, registrar and other high official of KUET attended the function. In the meantime, a crest handed over to the departing Prof. Dr. Tarapada Bhowmick and adorned him a sash (uttoriyo) by VC of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir.
