External Peer Review Team (EPRT) visit KUET for the evaluation of self-assessment activities of the Math Department of the University. The team members were meet up with the Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir on 09 January 2017 at 1:00 pm at the office of the Vice-Chancellor. The EPR team members were the Dr. Kripa Shanker Gupta, Director, Internal Quality Assurance and Executive Education, ISBR Business School, Bangalore, India, Prof. Dr. Md. Jahanur Rahman, Department of Statistics, University of Rajshahi, Prof. Dr. Md. Manirul Alam Sarker, Department of Mathematics, Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology. This time Prof. Dr. Quazi Sazzad Hossain, Director of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell, KUET also present there. The EPR Team also meet with the dean of faculties, director of Institutes, teachers, registrar, librarian, chief medical officer, controller of examination, officers, former students, post-graduate students, staffs. They also visit scientific labs, student residential halls, gymnasium, auditorium, central computer center of the university from January 9-11.
