Construction of horizontal extension of Lalan Shah Hall has been inaugurated at KUET. Honorable Vice-Chancellor of KUET, Prof. Dr. Quazi Sazzad Hossain inaugurated the Horizontal extension work of Lalan Shah Hall by laying the foundation stone on 11 December 2019, at 10 am.

Director (Planning & Development), Prof. Dr. Kazi ABM Mohiuddin; Project Director, Prof. Dr. Abu Zakir Morshed; Provost of Lalan Shah Hall, Prof. Dr. Md. Abdullah Elias Akhter; Superintendent Engineer, Dr. Julfikar Hossain; Student of Lalan Shah Hall, Kamruzzaman Abdur Razzaq, among others, spoke at the inaugural ceremony. Teachers, Officers, Staffs and Students of KUET attended the ceremony.
