     Presented topic: Corporate Bus Service.

Public transportation service can improve the mobility and environmental condition of Dhaka. But the quality of Public bus service in Dhaka is very poor. This project introduces the idea of ‘Corporate Bus Service’. It is a bus service ran by the Private institutions for carrying their workers in and out of workplace.

The study area in this project was UCBL Bank, Gulshan Branch. After conducting survey and analysis on the study area,6 buses with their route, and schedule were proposed for the selected employees.

Impact: Corporate Bus Service requires 10 times less initial investment, 15 times less monthly cost, takes 20 times less space in road, and emits 30 times less pollution than car. And if all the banks of Dhaka run this service, 40km space in road can be saved and carbon emission will reduce in Dhaka. The result will be better mobility and environment that can make Dhaka a ‘Smarter City’.
