Reception of ’11 batch students and inauguration ceremony of URP department of KUET were held at July 1, 2012. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir, as the chief guest, unveiled the stone board and inaugurated the ceremony. Special prayer was also held just after the unveiling the plate board. Later, URP Association of KUET celebrated Fresher’s reception of `11 batch students of URP department. Prof. Dr. Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest while Prof. Dr. Md. Bazlar Rahman, Dean, Faculty of CE, Prof. Dr. Ashraful Ghani Bhuiyan, Dean, Faculty of EEE, Director (Students Welfare) (current charge) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Harunur Rashid, Prof. Dr. Akhter Hussain Chaudhury, URP Dicipline, Khulna University were present as the Special Guests. Head of URP Department Prof. Dr. Quazi Sazzad Hossain presided over the ceremony.
