Mechanical Engineering Department of KUET, celebrated Freshers’ reception of the student of `16 batch and Farewell of ’12 batch on 10 April, 2017. Vice-Chancellor of KUET Prof. Dr. Muhammed Alamgir graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Dean of ME Faculty Prof. Dr. Mihir Ranjan Halder, Head of ME Department Prof. Md. Golam Kader, Director (Students’ Wellfare) Prof. Dr. Sobahan Mia, Plant Manager, KPCL, Khulna Engr. Mr. Sreenath Acharjya were present as the special guest. President of Mechanical Engineering Association Prof. Dr. Khandkar Aftab Hossain presided over the function. The Fresher’s students of the department received with flowers and outgoing graduate students handed over the crest by the Chief Guest in the function. Among others teachers and students of the department were present in the function.
