An industrial visit to steel plant offers a valuable opportunity to witness the intricate processes of steel production firsthand. Bearing all the advantages and possibilities in mind the department of MSE arranged an industrial visit to 4 (at AKH, BSRM, KSRM, GPH) of the leading steel plants in Bangladesh at 30-31 January 2024. The 2 full day industrial visit allowed students to gain practical insights into the operation of large-scale machinery, the stages of steel manufacturing, and the importance of safety protocols in a heavy industry environment.
